Cappuccino Mousse

1.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup cocoa
2/5 T. butter
1 3/4 tsp. instant coffee
1 3/4 tsp. hot water
1 3/4 cup whipping cream

Combine milk, cocoa, butter, and coffee, (dissolved in water), into a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat. Stir constantly, until butter melts and is smooth. Remove from heat and cool. Beat whipping cream until stiff. Gradually, fold in chocolate mixture into whipped cream. Spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate 2 hours until set. Sprinkle cocoa on top for garnish.
