Here is a great blueberry dessert. You will need:
- 1 cup blueberry yogurt
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1-2 cups Cool Whip topping
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 T. unflavored gelatin
- 2 9-inch graham cracker crusts
In a saucepan, add gelatin, sugar, and water. stir over low heat to dissolve gelatin and sugar. Blend in sour cream. Remove from heat. Add yogurt and extract. Fold in blueberries and Cool Whip. Pour mixture into the two crusts. Chill until firm.
