- 1 brisket of corn beef
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup of beer
- 1/2 of an onion, chopped
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. soft beef boullion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large pan, place brisket in it. Season with salt and pepper. Chop up some onions and place around and on top of brisket. Pour the beer over the brisket. Meanwhile make a paste with the mustard, brown sugar, and beef boullion. Spread across the top of brisket. Place in the oven and cook for 2 hours until tender.
