Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there! Here is a simple father’s tale I heard today & thought I would share it.

An elderly man saw a crow tapping at his window. “What? What is it?”

His grown son said to him, “It’s a crow. It’s only a crow. I’ve told you this three times!”

The older man shuffled to his room. He brought out his journal and showed his son a particular page. “When you were three years old, you asked me this. Here, read it.”

The son read it out loud. “My three year old son asked me what this black bird is flying in our yard. I told him more than a dozen times, it was a crow. Fathers must endure patience.” The son looked at his father. “I’m sorry.”
