Rinse your strawberries and place them on a paper towel to dry. Line a baking sheet with either wax paper or parchment. Place the strawberries on the baking pan. Melt a bag of chocolate candy melts on low heat and stir often. It takes about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Grab strawberries by stem and dip them in the melted chocolate. Allow them to set until hard on the pan. For added décor, drizzle melted vanilla baking chips over the strawberries.
