The Magic of Cider Vinegar

I’ve heard from dieticians, doctors, and lecturers about cider vinegar and its magical properties. It helps lower blood sugar, helps with weight loss, and is a good cleansing source. Not many people can stomach the smell or the taste of cider vinegar though. Here is a tea recipe that isn’t too bad to swallow, but it might make your lips pucker. It calls for these ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of hot water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey ( raw is best)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together. Drink up.
